All customers are asked to select a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use at our self storage facility. As a customer you are required to enter your PIN when you enter and exit the storage facility. This ensures that only authorised customers and staff can gain access to our storage units.
We’ve installed CCTV surveillance cameras throughout our self storage facility in Sutton Coldfield. Our cameras are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year giving you complete peace of mind that your belongings are being well looked after.
Our self storage facility is staffed throughout our opening hours to give you additional peace of mind. Not only are they trained to spot and react to suspicious behaviour but they’re also on hand to help out however they can.
Once you’ve locked your self storage unit you are the sole keyholder. Nobody other than yourself can gain access to your storage space giving you complete privacy. When you become a customer we will provide you with a padlock and all the keys associated with it.
